Once your menu is set, I personally source your ingredients with care — selecting from trusted local stores like Whole Foods and HEB, based on your preferences, goals, and budget.

Every meal is prepared from scratch with attention to detail and consistency. I follow your preferences closely, ensuring each dish reflects what works best for you and your household.

Meals are packaged in clean, reusable containers designed for easy storage and reheating. Containers can be rinsed and left out for collection and reuse.

Meals are delivered directly to your home or office on a consistent schedule, based on your service needs. Pick-up is also available in South Austin.
